hello welcome to the ideology page where i talk about the various (political, can vary) ideologies (set of ideas that adhere to a larger concept) of the world. you, especially if you are an american living in the 1950s, might have heard of some idelogies like communism and immediately denounce it.
i want to make clear that MOST ideologies are not inherently 'good' or 'bad' and the biggest factor lies in how it's executed, for example communism in theory is a neat idea but often in practice often evolves into total dictatorship (see ussr, china, north korea) while communism by itself doesn't talk of a central authoritarian leader
also i am not a political expert so anything i've just said might just be total nonsense. also note that i do not 'lean' towards any of the ideologies i'll talk about and will try to stay politically neutral i guess
other things
not just restricted to politics ideology can count as any group of ideas, think feminism, abolitionism, and more. as long as those ideas have a shared goal (in the case of feminism to achieve equal rights for women, as an example) it is an ideology
