moved all flags to the flags page with full-width flags for all countries, added the flag of ivory coast because apparently i forgot it?? also added a blog and added independence days for some countries that display on the right

added directories for all continents + banners. empty 4 now

finished the flags of south sudan, yemen, namibia, saint vincent and the grenadines, saint lucia, tajikistan, tuvalu, uganda, trinidad and tobago, mauritania, suriname, kuwait, kenya, moldova, saint kitts and nevis, liberia, jordan, malawi, dominica, guyana, guinea, grenada, eritrea, cameroon, burundi, dominican republic, haiti, burkina faso, barbados, belarus, oman, marshall islands, vanuatu, zambia, malta, bahrain, turkmenistan, lesotho and kyrgyzstan. finished all flags!!!!
