Leading Coalition

There is no minimum amount of seats necessary to form a cabinet, as in the case of Country, the political scene is extremely fragmented. The current leading coalition, consisting out of PaoD, GP, GD, PP and OTP hold a combined total of 601 seats or ~40% of the 1500 total seats. To pass bills, it must negotiate with the opposition on individual issues by either convincing or making certain concessions.
