The currently ruling government exists out of 5 parties, PaoD, GP, GD, PP and OTP. Together they hold 601 out of the 1500 parliament seats, which comes out to around ~40% of the total seats. Because they are in the minority, they have to work bill-by-bill on issues to garner support from the parties outside of the government. These outside parties, depending how much support they recieve, can suggest to adjust the existing bill or completely shoot it down if they can manage to get the majority to agree with them.
